i have to say when I first got this product, I couldn't get the soap to dependence.. Here is what I had to do.. I had to press the little black button on top 20 times, now it works and I love it!! It dependence  a pretty good amount when it's on the 3rd level.. I have mine on the 1st one and it give plenty!!
