This is one amazing product, It is four ( 4 ) cups. This Chef Essential 4-Cup Fat Separator is easy to use. All you have to do is pour your liquid in through the piece that has the holes in it and give it a little bit and your fat will be sitting on top of the water in the liquid. The access parts of meat if any will be in the gray part. I love that it has a spout. It makes it easy to pour. I recommend this product for anyone who is a kitchen lover. You cant go wrong with this wonderful product.
