Where do I began? I really like this hair straightener brush, it heats up to 450 F, I do suggest you to wear the glove when you are straightening your hair. When I first plugged in the brush it did t come on, then I noticed it has a test and reset button on the plugin part of it. I pressed the red reset button and then pressed the on button and it came on and started beating up very fast. It took about 3 minutes for it to reach 360f and that is where it stayed for a while, is the temp I straighten my hair also. This set also came with two clippies for you to use to divide your hair.***DISCLAIMER ***
