This is a great product. I love that we can put fruit in the center of this cup. It makes wonderful to use all the day through. My favorite thing to put in this is lemon lime water. What I do is cup up a lemon and a lime into 6 pieces. And put half of the lemon and half of the lime and it makes really great tasting water. It is also good if you are trying to loose weight.
