It makes getting the seeds out easier. This Stainless Steel Lemon Grater Zester is very easy to clean it is also dish washer safe. I love that it has a hanging thing on the end of it. I can just hang it on a nail or a hook and It makes its easy to grab and not have to look for it when I need it. Im so happy i got this.
