First of all where do I start? This is one amazing vegetable super spiralizer. I love that this set comes with a veggie peeler, a knife, 2 separate blades, and a spiraler. This is one awesome product. It takes no time at all to make some pretty carrot strings. This is dish washer safe. From the look and feel of it the blades are stainless steel. The blade on the knife is ceramic. The blonde on the peeler are ceramic also. The handle on the peeler is comfortable to the touch.it also comes with a cleaning tool. And a flat head screw driver. I am super happy with this product.
