I do have to say that when I ordered these I thought they were going to be much smaller than they when when I saw them. These are a good portion size cups. This is a 14 piece set. It comes with 7 portion cups and 7 lids. I like how you have to push the side handles for the cups to open. They are very well made. I am super happy that I got these.
