I have been taking these for a total of nine days and I have noticed that my hair is shiner, it has also grown a half inch. My hair has always been bridle and mostly at a dry. I usually have to use a hair conditioning mask every day to be able to manage it. But since I have started taking these my hair it seems to be doing better. I condition with regular conditioner and I can style it. I think these are a wonderful product.I got these deeply discounted or for free. I was in no way compensated for this review.
