I really love this hair straightener brush. I like that it comes with two hair clips. The buttons on the side of it are easy to press. If you get yours and it is stuck on C you can hold the + and the - button at the same time hold them for about 3 seconds then it will change over to F. I love the way this brush glides my hair. What I did was brushes the tangles out orthodox a regular brush, then I took the straightener brush and ran it through my hair twice and that was it. I am really happy with this product. I absolutely love it!
