This is a really nice portion control set. It comes in a set of seven. They all are different colors to help you know which item goes in which container. I love that these can be stacked into one another. And the lids are very easy to close. I love to use these daily. These are perfect if you are trying to loose weight, or balance your meals. I am really liking these.
